Workout “Stacking” For A Healthier, Leaner Body

Who said you cannot get a healthier, slimmer body in a brief time? Excellent HIDT (High Intensity Density Training) work out for you today. In the event that you have just a couple of minutes today, you can still benefit by using HIDT (although it's not easy. ) Will probably be your PRIMARY workout.
But later in the day, if you have just another 12 minutes, you'll boost your fat-burning by adding another 10-minute stack. For best results, you simply add a third 10-minute "stack".

If you have 10 minutes only, hit your whole body like this:

  • DB Squat or Deadlift (8 reps)
  • DB Slope Chest Press (10 reps)
  • DB Row (8 representatives per side)
  • ​Do as many circuits as possible in 10 minutes, relaxing only when needed.
Certainly, you'll get results with just one due to volume level of work you put in (aka density), but because you won't need any equipment, you can "spread" these 10-minute piles during the day for even BETTER results.

Why does this work?

A study at the College or university of Missouri put people into two groups:
Group A - One long bout of exercise required for the morning
Group B - Intermittent rounds of exercise during the day (over 12 hours)
Blood samples were accumulated every 10 min and measured for glucose, insulin, and c-peptide concentrations. (Insulin and glucose contribute to your body's ability to burn fat while at rest. )
After doze hours, the group that used short bouts during the day had lower insulin levels than the group that did one bout of exercise each day!
Low insulin = your own body's ability to burn fat much simpler
And so, no matter how active your schedule is, you can still burn fats and get a more lean body thanks to this new research.
Here's just one way to do it:
  • Rise and glow - 10-minute HIDT work out 1
  • Right before lunch (optional) - 10-minute HIDT work out 2 (this also depresses your appetite)
  • Just before dinner (optional) - HIDT workout 3 (this will eliminate you going crazy after dinner and night time snacks)
