Does Meal Frequency Truly Increase Metabolism?

In the last few years, I've discovered a concept gain momentum and that idea is that you can eat several meals throughout the day and lose weight because of it. The main philosophy behind this idea is the fact you raise your metabolism by consuming five or half a dozen meals rather than 2 or 3. By simply raising your metabolism, you're free to increase your bodies potential to burn fat.

Is usually this even possible or is it just a major fat myth who needs it's bubble burst?

Our metabolism does increase when we eat. Therefore i have found some technological research that has recently been done which helps all of us understand how valid of an idea this is and whether or not we have uncovered the magic bullet for diet and weight loss.
We learned three different studies which have been conducted. Each study had a bit different conditions, but all came to the same conclusion. Before I give away the big top secret, let's have a look at each analyze shall we?

Did Metabolism Increase When Consuming More Meals A Day?

First Study
8 people were employed in the first study and were divided into two groups. Both equally groups were given the same diet and the consumption of calories on a daily basis over the amount of a few weeks. The amount of calories provided to both groupings was designed so that all 8 people would lose weight. The only difference was that one group was handed their daily calorie intake in one meal a day while the rest were spread out over 5 meals.
It would be expected that the group who ate more often would have lost more weight than the group who only ate one time a day. Everything were equal in their absorption of protein, calories, sugars, and fat. If this idea of increased metabolism holds true, those researchers should have found a significant difference between the sets. So what did they find? Let's keep heading before I give you the answer.
Second Study
The second study also looked at meal frequency among a group of 16 people. The group consisted of 8 men and main women. The focus was the same, to find whether meal frequency recently acquired an effect on metabolism and the cabability to lose weight or not.
Again the group was split into two equally divided teams. Over the 8 several weeks that the study was conducted, one group was given their daily absorption in 3 meals a day. The other was handed 3 meals and 3 snacks. So what conclusion did this examine come to? We will get to that.
Third Study
The last study again split people into two groups. The first group ate two times a day while the second ate seven times a day. The analysis centered on a gorging technique of eating compared to what was defined as a grazing pattern. What were the results?
The solution is no. Sorry to crush your hopes and dreams, but the the fact is that increased meal frequency is a myth. You are unable to lose weight by increasing the amount of times a day that you eat. Most of the information and studies that contain been done have come to the same conclusion and shown the same results. Certainly not one of the organizations who ate more frequently revealed any signs of significant distinctions in the amount of weight they lost.

Ultimately, it's not really a surprise that the is a myth. Regardless of hard we try, we will never escape the reality that a suitable diet and exercise are the essential components of weight loss which we cannot get around.
However within my research, I do come across thinking about thermogenic weight loss. There will seem to be to be some science behind thinking about being able to eat in order to manage your weight.
