Today I have the 2-Minute Sizzle Lean workout that you can do to skyrocket fat burning through the rest of the day. Just add this to the end of your workout, or if you're extremely crunched for time, at least get these 2 minutes in.
I'm all about spending so much time for short periods of time, so that you must make every second count. We're only going for 2 minutes here, so there's no a chance to pace yourself!
Offer it ALL you've acquired!
We're doing this Gauntlet style, which means the first exercise you do will also be the last exercise you do. It's pretty straightforward - here we go!
Perform each exercise for 35 seconds, one right after the other. There is not any planned rest.
- Wall Sprint – 30 seconds
- Total Body Extensions – 30 seconds
- Burpees – 30 seconds
- Wall Sprint – 30 seconds
BOOM!!! You’re done already!
For the Wall structure Sprint, put both hands on the wall. In that case run in place, traveling your knees as high as you can. Is actually a lot like High Knees Run in position, except your hands are on the wall membrane, which means you cannot rely on them for momentum.
